ABOUT YOUR COACH
Ed is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist with 30 years of experience training professional athletes and Military Special Operations personnel.
Ed consults the University of Memphis Basketball Team, trained Penny Hardaway, as well as many professional athletes and coaches from various sports in countries all over the world, including North America, South America, Central America, Europe and Israel.
Ed has years of experience conducting research in the field of human performance with the United States Air Force and has co-authored several technical publications including a book chapter in the 2018 Defense Innovation Handbook.
